About the Role
You'll be trusted to diagnose faults, provide professional advice to customers, and build quotations on-site using an iPad. You'll present repair and replacement options, answer customer questions, and help them choose the best solution for their home.
You'll be attending residential and light commercial sites carrying out:
Fault finding and diagnostics.
Repairs to split systems, ducted reverse cycle systems, gas ducted heaters and evaporative coolers.
Preventative maintenance and servicing.
Warranty repairs.
Preparing skilled quotations on-site using an iPad.
Presenting multiple repair and replacement options to customers.
Explaining recommendations clearly and honestly.
Completing ServiceTitan job notes and reports.
This role suits someone who enjoys dealing with people just as much as working on air conditioning systems.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Minimum 6 years' HVAC service experience.
Refrigerant Handling Licence.
ARCtick Licence.
Current Driver's Licence.




Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
Confidence presenting repair and replacement options to customers.
Ability to work independently.
Pride in workmanship and presentation.
Highly Regarded
Restricted Electrical Licence.
Gas Type A Servicing Registration.
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar job management software.
