We are currently seeking
reliable and hardworking General and Skilled Labourers
with
forklift experience
to join our clients' warehouse teams across Melbourne's western and northern suburbs - including Laverton, Derrimut, Altona, Truganina, Sunshine, and Campbellfield.
Whether you're building your career or bringing years of experience, we offer consistent, flexible casual work with the potential to transition into permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse duties including container unloading, loading and unloading of materials, and general site clean-up
Operate forklifts (High Reach and Counterbalance) for transporting, stacking, and retrieving stock
Assist with setup and pack down of job sites and equipment
Conduct manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflows




Perform basic forklift maintenance checks and report any faults
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, construction, or general laboring (preferred)
Valid
Forklift License (LF)
- High Reach or Counterbalance experience highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Versatile with shift times and locations
White Card -
Mandatory
Valid Australian work rights (Citizenship, Residency, or full working visa)
Reliable transport and current driver's licence (preferred)
Willing to undertake a
pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)
Forklift Licence (High Reach / Counterbalance)
Working with Children Check
Experience using power tools or operating machinery
