Easy iCare PTY PLD in Victoria is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide high-quality in-home care to an NDIS participant. You will promote dignity, independence, and choice while ensuring safety and person-centered care.
Key responsibilities include personal care, use of hoists, repositioning, meal support, and collaboration with the participant's network and the Easy iCare team to enable meaningful daily activities and community participation. A valid licence and vehicle are preferred.
