An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Inventory Control Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
Key Duties
Oversee daily stores operations, including receiving, checking, storing and issuing stock
Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and data entry within inventory and finance systems
Maintain effective stock rotation (FIFO), temperature controls, and storage standards
Coordinate timely deliveries and internal transfers across departments
Complete regular and monthly stocktakes, audits, and reports
Maintain clean, protected and well-organised stores, loading bay and storage areas
Lead, train and supervise the stores team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations
About You
Proven experience in a stores or warehouse management role within a hotel or commercial kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of inventory control, ordering, invoicing and stocktake processes
Experience using inventory or materials control systems
Confident communicator with the ability to work cross‐functionally
Hands‐on leader with strong organisational and time‐management skills
Understanding of food safety, storage and WHS requirements
