What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Claims Manager,



you'll manage a portfolio of property claims from first notification through to resolution.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing end-to-end property and strata claims
Assessing coverage, liability, and claim outcomes
Liaising with brokers, insureds, assessors, builders, and repairers
Coordinating repairs and claim investigations
Negotiating settlements and delivering fair outcomes
Maintaining accurate claim records and documentation
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
What We're Looking For
Previous end-to-end Property Claims experience
Demonstrated experience managing escape of liquid, burst pipe, water damage, or other complex property claims
Exposure to Strata Claims or Body Corporate Claims highly regarded
Strong understanding of building, construction, or property-related claims
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage a busy claims portfolio with confidence
Experience using claims management systems and Microsoft Excel
Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
