What you'll do
Develop and execute creative content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with our brand identity.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences, ensuring that our content remains relevant and impactful.
Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Work closely with the product team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional content that effectively communicates the value of our offerings.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high‐quality content that meets deadlines.
Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to enhance our content production capabilities.
Maintain an organized content library,



ensuring easy access to all design assets and completed projects.
Contribute to the development of our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.
Engage with our audience through social media and other platforms, responding to comments and feedback to foster community interaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or a similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative projects is required.
Nice to have
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website design.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools.
Previous experience in a startup or creative agency environment.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Skills & tools
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
