We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join a well-established commercial builder. This casual contract with full time offered after 6 months role offers stable, ongoing work across commercial the commercial sector, focusing on high-quality workmanship and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
General carpentry maintenance and reactive repairs
Door installations, adjustments, and hardware replacements
Lock repairs and replacements
Skirting, architraves, and minor framing works
Wall and ceiling patching, plaster repairs
Cabinetry and joinery repairs
Minor fit-out and refurbishment works
Defect rectification and preventative maintenance
Liaising with site managers, tenants, and clients
Requirements:




Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
Proven experience in maintenance carpentry or commercial fitout
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Robust problem-solving skills
Current driver's licence and own tools
White Card and Working With Children's Check
Professional presentation and communication skills
