A newly established role within an already well-maintained centre in Western Sydney.
This is role ideal for a hands-on,relationship-driven property professional who enjoys building strong tenant partnerships, delivering outstanding operational outcomes, and taking ownership of a community-focused retail asset.
The role:
Reporting into a supportive leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational, financial and commercial performance of the centre.
You'll have a team on site and in head office for support.
Manage the overall operation of the shopping centre, ensuring a safe, compliant and well-presented setting
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders




Oversee budgets, financial reporting, contractor performance and service agreements
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, risk management and centre policies
Drive high standards of customer service and identify opportunities to improve centre performance
Lead and coordinate the onsite team to achieve operational excellence
About You:
Experience in a Centre Management role is a must
Strong understanding of retail property management, compliance and risk management
Proven ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities autonomously
Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, reporting and contractor relationships
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service
