Our Housekeeping Team Leaders are responsible for leading and supporting the daily housekeeping operation to ensure exceptional cleanliness, quality, and guest experiences throughout the hotel. They motivate and guide associates, maintain brand standards, coordinate workflow, and ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the expectations.
Position Summary
Lead, motivate, and support the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and hotel cleanliness standards
Coordinate daily room allocations and team assignments to ensure efficient operations and service delivery
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with Marriott and Westin brand standards
Provide hands‐on coaching, mentoring, and guidance to housekeeping associates throughout each shift
Support the achievement of departmental productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction goals
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, service issues, and operational challenges
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Monitor room status, maintenance requests, and special guest requirements to support operational efficiency
Assist with stock control, inventory management,



and housekeeping equipment readiness
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Able to follow guidelines and cleaning procedures with consistency
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, positive, and eager to grow
Able to work on your feet for extended periods, and lift or move items as needed
