, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a proactive and organised
Safety & Training Administrator
to coordinate employee onboarding, training and safety compliance across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in safety. Previous experience is beneficial, but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
What you'll do
Coordinate employee onboarding and site inductions.
Schedule and track training, licences and competency records.
Maintain safety documentation, policies and compliance registers.
Assist with toolbox talks, safety communications and incident administration.
Support managers with customer compliance and contractor management systems.
Prepare reports and ensure employee records remain up to date.




Provide general administrative support to the Safety and Operations teams.
What you'll bring
Solid administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience in administration or safety is desirable but not essential.
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (completed or currently studying) is an advantage.
