Following significant product growth and the launch of a major new platform offering, we are excited to be searching for a strategic and hands‐on Head of Design to lead and elevate the end-to-end product experience.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior design leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to play a critical role in shaping an AI-native product and design function. We are looking to speak with commercially minded design professionals who can combine strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery and bring deep product design capability across complex B2B or fintech platforms.

What you'll do:
Lead the overall design vision across product and customer experiences
Drive the evolution of scalable design systems and AI-led design workflows
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data,



and Marketing teams
Translate complex fintech and B2B workflows into intuitive user experiences
Improve onboarding, payment flows, customer engagement, and growth initiatives
Use research, analytics, and customer insights to inform product decisions
Ensure consistency, accessibility, scalability, and usability across all product surfaces
Contribute strategically to broader growth, product, and go-to-market initiatives
Mentor and influence teams while remaining hands‐on in delivery
What we're looking for:
10+ years' experience across Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Design
Proven experience designing complex SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms
Strong end-to-end product design capability across UX, UI, interaction, and systems design
Experience working within startup or high-growth scale-up environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and solve complex challenges
Commercially minded with a strong balance of strategy and execution
Exposure to AI tools, AI-led workflows, or AI-native product environments highly regarded
