We're looking for a switched on, tech savvy retail store manager to run our Springvale 'Build It Yourself Electronics Centre'. We're an electronics retailer with a loyal customer base who appreciate genuine and friendly customer service. We operate 11 retail & trade outlets around Australia backed by a national distribution network. Our customers are incredibly diverse, from end user project builders to trades and institutional buyers.

The Role
As our Springvale Store Manager, you will lead from the front to run a smooth, welcoming, and organized shop floor. Your daily responsibilities include:
Team Leadership:
Managing, motivating, and training your retail team.
Operations:
Overseeing staff rostering, cash administration, and store systems.
Inventory:
Managing merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation.
Customer Excellence:
Building relationships with our diverse retail and trade clients.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Experience:
Strong background in retail store management and team leadership is essential.
People First:
A track record of building cohesive, independent, and motivated teams.
Tech-Curious:
A genuine interest in technology, gadgets, or basic electronics.
Note: You don't need to be an engineer! If you enjoy tinkering with AV gear, 3D printers, smart home tech, or basic electronics components as a hobby, you will love talking to our customers.
