What you'll be doing
Undertake daily prospecting and lead-generation activities to create new sales opportunities.
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and contacts in the database.
Respond promptly to buyer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Qualify buyers by understanding their property needs, budget and preferred locations.




Build and maintain a strong database of active and prospective buyers.
Book and conduct private inspections and assist with open homes.
Follow up buyers after inspections and provide clear, timely feedback to the Lead Agent.
Match buyers with suitable properties and inform them of new opportunities.
Nurture buyer relationships throughout the sales process.
Assist with property sales campaigns, buyer negotiations and auctions.
Maintain accurate buyer notes, enquiry records and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
Learn proven prospecting, selling, negotiation and relationship-management strategies.

What you'll need
A minimum of three years' experience in sales, real estate experience is highly regarded.
Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate,
