Multi-Skilled Plant Operators (FIFO/DIDO)
Durack Civil specialise in Flood Restoration Works, Civil Infrastructure Projects, Stabilisation Projects and Subdivisions.
Based in SEQ, we currently have projects across most of regional QLD and NT, including remote areas.
About the role
We are seeking reliable multi-skilled operators with demonstrated experience in the civil construction industry. This role would suit someone who is eager to travel to wide-ranging job sites. Rosters are dependent on project duration and locationhowever likely 5/2, 10/4 or 2/1.
Qualifications & experience
Construction white card
Accreditation in any of the following and/or multiple disciplines (excavator, loader, dozer, grader, roller, skid steer)
Drivers License
Heavy Rigid License (if applicable)
Candidate must have a strong understanding of plant operation
Responsibilities




Conduct daily pre-start inspections
Perform routine maintenance on machinery
Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
