Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Head of Sales, you will be the driving force behind their day-to-day success, managing schedules, travel, events, and key priorities. As the first point of contact for KOR,you'llensure every interaction leaves a positive andlasting impression.
Someofyourdutieswillinclude:




Monitoring and actioning incoming and outgoing communication; phone calls,emailsand visitors
Building solid relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and staff
Coordinating calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
Keeping the office organised, professional, and fully stocked
Supporting the planning and delivery of events with the Marketing team
Providing administrative support andassistingwith ad hoc projects asrequired
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organisation, initiative, and making things happen.
Whatwearelookingfor
Relevant qualifications inoperations or business administration are highly regarded
3+years' experiencein a similar role
Experience with Microsoft Office and other IT systems
You must have valid Australian Work Rights (e.g.: Australian/NZ Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ Citizen)
Willing to undertake a Pre-employment Medical Check, prior to commencement
