The Role




As Site Manager, you will:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure compliance with Murloo's HSEQ systems
Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high standards
Be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on site
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-first culture
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on construction projects outside of the residential sector
Proven leadership in managing trades and supervisors.
Solid understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site safety
Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)
Experience with roofing or working at heights - highly regarded
White Card and valid Driver's Licence
Full Australian working rights
