Two Fixed Term, Part-Time positions (32 hours per fortnight each), or one position totalling 64 hours per fortnight.

About the role
South West Healthcare's Medical Unit is seeking a motivated, highly skilled, and experienced Registered Nurse to provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Medical Unit team in the position of Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM). The unit provides care for acute medical and palliative care inpatients.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the leadership of a dedicated team while maintaining a positive and professional working environment and delivering high-quality care to patients and their families. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, the successful applicant will assist in promoting and maintaining clinical standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supporting strategic and effective resource management, supervising staff, and contributing to the overall management of the unit.
What you bring
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Relevant clinical experience and completed postgraduate qualifications.
Demonstrated excellent clinical assessment skills, along with the ability to perform and communicate on all levels.
Evidence of commitment to professional development of self and others is desirable.
