Findlay & Weymouth Amcal Pharmacy are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Assistants to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in community pharmacy while working alongside a supportive team that genuinely cares about its customers and each other.
About the Role
Full time position (38 hours per week)
Alternating Saturday roster
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and customers
Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
Process sales and customer transactions
Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards
Support day-to-day pharmacy and retail operations
Create a welcoming, professional and organized store environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has a passion for customer service
Enjoys working in a rapid-paced retail environment
Is friendly, approachable and professional
Has strong communication skills
Works well as part of a team
Is reliable and takes pride in their work




Previous retail or pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential
