Maintenance Handyman

Brady Hotels & Apartments is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Handyman to join our team, working across two Melbourne CBD hotels.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From general repairs and preventative maintenance to helping ensure our hotels are presented to the highest standard, you'll play an key part in creating a great experience for our guests and supporting our hotel teams.
About the Role
As our Maintenance Handyman, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of two Melbourne CBD hotels, ensuring our buildings, guest rooms and public areas remain safe, functional and well maintained.
Working closely with the Hotel Managers and Operations teams, you'll respond to maintenance requests, carry out planned preventative maintenance and take pride in keeping our properties looking their best.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general repairs and maintenance throughout the hotels.
Complete planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.




Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.
Assist with painting, basic plumbing, carpentry and minor electrical work.
Liaise with external contractors when required.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
About You
Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
A trade qualification is highly regarded but not essential.
Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Pride in maintaining high standards.
A current driver's licence is preferred.
