About the Role
Completing minor and major repair structural repairs. (Major would mean the following procedures, Back Panel, Quarter panel, Boot floor,



Radiator supports)
Responding to a single manager for any repair work and concerns
Teaching and training a young 3rd year apprentice
Handling multiple repairs at any one time
Working alongside two experienced painters, two experienced panel beaters, An assembler, two detailers and an apprentice.
