Our client, a nationally recognised ASX-listed property developer, is seeking a Development Manager to lead the Victorian project from Melbourne. You will own the delivery of a flagship community, manage the rollout of ******* lots per year, and build robust relationships with builders and stakeholders.
You will mentor an Assistant Development Manager, report to senior management, and have exposure to an additional smaller development in close-out.
