Indigeco is recruiting seven Warehouse Operators for permanent, full-time opportunities with a leading organisation based in Kilsyth.
There are four day-shift positions and three afternoon-shift positions available, with immediate starts for suitable candidates.
This is primarily a stock-picking and receiving role using a stock picker. It is not a forklift loading-and-unloading position.
A critical requirement of this role is the ability to work confidently at heights of up to 7 metres while picking and receiving cartons from warehouse racking.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick and receive cartons using stock-picking equipment
Operate a stock picker at heights of up to 7 metres
Complete stock-picking, order preparation and receiving activities accurately
Move cartons and products safely throughout the warehouse
Maintain accurate stock, inventory and warehouse records
Follow all workplace health, safety and operational procedures
Assist with general warehouse and stock control duties
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics team members
Meet productivity, accuracy and quality expectations
YOUR REQUIREMENTS




Current LF Forklift Licence is essential
Previous warehouse, stock-picking, order-picking or receiving experience
Must be comfortable and willing to work at heights of up to 7 metres
Understanding that this is a stock-picking role rather than a forklift loading role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to secure work practices
Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team
Availability to work either day shift or afternoon shift
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
An LO Licence is not essential at the time of application. Assistance may be provided to the right applicant to obtain an LO Licence.
