Working from our up-to-date factory in Tullamarine, you will join a tight‐knit team that takes pride in doing things safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About the role
This is a full‐time, hands‐on role in our precast production team.
You will work in a fast‐paced factory environment helping to manufacture precast pits and panels from start to finish, including:
Preparing and cleaning moulds
Installing reinforcement and cast‐in items
Assisting with concrete pours and vibration
Finishing, patching and basic quality checks
Using hand tools, power tools and basic machinery
General housekeeping and yard duties as required
Day shift hours, Monday to Friday, with overtime available in busy periods.
What we are looking for




Previous experience in precast, concrete, construction or manufacturing is preferred but not essential
Comfortable with physical work: lifting, bending, being on your feet all day
Strong focus on safety and following procedures
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
Overhead crane experience or dogman/rigger tickets will be highly regarded (but not mandatory)
