acquisition and ownership of our products, instilling passion and providing in-depth expertise tailored to every customer.
A CUPRA Sales Cadet needs to be a committed, passionate and energetic person with dynamic customer service skills and a flexible approach to your working environment.
What You'll Do:
Support the Sales team in delivering exceptional customer service
Learn the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery
Assist with vehicle presentations, test drives, and showroom displays
Build product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest product innovations
Help ensure a premium experience for every customer
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for automotive and luxury brands
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
Valid driver's licence is essential
