What you'll do
Engage with clients to understand their data needs and business objectives, ensuring that our solutions align with their goals.
Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that can inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement data models and algorithms that enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
Create and maintain documentation related to data processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams in a clear and compelling manner, utilizing data visualization tools as necessary.




Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve our offerings.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
Participate in the development of proposals and project plans, contributing to the overall growth of the consulting practice.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols, safeguarding client information and maintaining trust.
Contribute to the development of innovative data solutions that enhance our competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data consulting, analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Robust understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex data challenges.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,



with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes.
Nice to have
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in consulting environments.
Relevant certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis software.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
