We are looking for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses with a true passion for aged care and a strong focus on person centered care. This Part-time role (Night Shift) is an excellent chance to join a company that values its team members, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to develop its people.
You will work under the guidance of the Clinical Care Manager, with the Registered Nurseand in accordance with Brimlea Aged Care's values, policies, and procedures to ensure all residents receive the highest possible care. You will:
Provide excellent, person centred resident care
Implement best practice nursing care according to the resident care plan and the Standards
Monitor the condition and health of residents and record their progress
Lead a team of Personal Care Workers and coordinate the completion of clinical care tasks and related clinical documentation.

About you
Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration
Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards and Aged Care legislation is desired not mandatory
Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs
Satisfactory background checks, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
