What you'll do
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the Connected program.
Ensure that all Salesforce capabilities adhere to established enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce frameworks and standards to support ongoing business needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders regarding Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including architecture and design.
Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Familiarity with integration tools and techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
