We are seeking an experienced and confident Small Animal Veterinarian with a strong interest in surgery to join our friendly and supportive team. This position is available on a full-time basis, with adaptable part-time arrangements (up to 32 hours per week) also considered.

Our Geelong hospital operates as a walk-in clinic, supported by proven queue management systems and immediate triage protocols that create an efficient and streamlined workflow. Our branch clinics across the Bellarine Peninsula operate as appointment-based consultation clinics, providing variety across our network.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian with a keen interest in surgery who is looking to establish a long-term, rewarding career within a respected regional practice.
The role includes:
Full-time position, with flexible part-time arrangements considered.
Alternating Saturdays (8:30 am - 12:00 pm) and one in four Sundays (9:00 am - 12:00 pm).
Immediate start available.
Small animal general practice with a surgical focus.
Medicine and consultations.
Soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
Emergency and urgent care presentations.
Working across our network of clinics when required.
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years' experience in small animal practice.
Holds a veterinary degree with current registration in Victoria.
Has a strong interest in surgery and enjoys developing their surgical skills.
Is an analytical and confident clinician with sound diagnostic abilities.
Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Communicates effectively with both clients and colleagues.
Enjoys collaborating within a supportive team environment.
Is committed to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Values building long-term relationships with clients and the local community.
There is also the opportunity to develop a particular area of clinical interest with support from the practice.
