You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with top performers, contributing strategically across every stage of the sales process — from prospecting and campaign execution to negotiations and client care. This role suits an ambitious skilled who already understands the pace and precision of high-end real estate and thrives in a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior agents to manage and execute high-performing sales campaigns
Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence
Conduct detailed property and market research to inform pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategy
Manage and attend open homes, private inspections,



and follow-up activity with buyers and vendors
Proactively drive prospecting and database engagement to generate new opportunities
Support day-to-day operations with precision, ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly
