We are looking for a creative and technically skilled
Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator
to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can confidently work across
graphic design, branding, photography, videography and video editing
. You'll help bring our brands and content to life — from creating logos and visual assets through to filming and producing polished video content for digital and social platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, solid graphic design skills and practical experience behind the camera as well as in post-production.
About the Role
The position is structured across five days per week, with approximately:
2 days focused on filming and content production
3 days focused on editing, graphic design and post-production
The role will work across our business locations/offices depending on the weekly content and production schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphic design assets across digital, social and brand channels
Develop and work with logos, branding and visual identities
Film engaging video and photographic content
Confidently operate cameras, lighting and associated production equipment
Edit and produce professional video content from concept through to final delivery
Create motion graphics,



effects and other visual elements for video
Prepare and adapt creative assets for websites, social media and other digital platforms
Maintain consistency across all brand and visual content
Collaborate with the wider team to develop creative concepts and execute content ideas
Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines efficiently
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in
graphic design and multimedia content creation
.
You will ideally have strong working knowledge of:
Adobe Illustrator
Camera operation and photographic/video equipment
Video production and post-production
Graphic design, typography and layout
Logo and brand design
Motion graphics and visual effects
About You
You're someone who combines
creativity with strong technical skills
.
You have a great visual eye and can take an idea from concept through to finished creative — whether that's designing a new graphic, developing branding, setting up and filming a shoot, or editing engaging video content.
You'll be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team in a fast-moving creative environment.
A solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating your
graphic design, branding, photography and video work
will be highly regarded.
