The Role
We are seeking a dynamic
New Car Sales Manager
to drive sales performance, coach and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives premium experience within our award‐winning luxury dealership.
What We're Looking For
Proven automotive sales leadership experience
Strong ability to coach, motivate and manage a high‐performing team
Manage new vehicle stock and support inventory planning
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, professional and results‐driven approach
Full NSW driver's licence
