We are a growing charity who are looking for an experienced Fundraising Operations & Events Manager who will help drive our events fundraising to support the next exiting phase of growth.
At TeamSports4All we believe in the power of team sport to transform the lives of Australian children. Unfortunately, over 500,000 Australian children face financial hardship and live in households where playing sport is out of reach. We make it possible by paying for everything, providing ongoing support, and funding them year after year, which is something no‐one else does.

Today we support kids in Melbourne, but our work is not done until we're supporting every kid in Australia who wants to play sport but can't afford to. We have several revenue streams, and fundraising through appeals and events is an important component which we need you to drive. You'll be attracted to this role if you're excited by the opportunity to make a real difference through data driven donor appeals,



build on existing events and are comfortable with marketing.
You will thrive in the role because most (or all) of these apply to you:
You love creating fundraising appeals and managing small events, adding value and building something new.
You have strong project management and are experienced working with data.
The importance of connection with supporters, and using key messaging and marketing to engage with them is something you enjoy.
You thrive being part of a passionate team who revel in fundraising, and prefer being part of a progressive, nimble, and results-orientated organisation.
You love engaging with key stakeholders and are comfortable with major donors (and sports Ambassadors)
You want to be part of something that is bringing about real and lasting change.
Ideally you would bring to the role experience in the not-for-profit sector, and examples where you've made raised money through events that have shaped a positive future.
Flexibility: We're a very flexible team with plenty of options to work from home or the office, and with the times you work too.
Salary Packaging: Salary $80,000+ super (pro rata), with access to generous NFP salary packaging benefits (package up to $15,900 tax‐free per year, plus additional meal entertainment advantages, significantly boosting your take‐home pay).
