One full time vacancy, either ongoing or fixed for 2 years is available
As the
Continuous Quality Improvement/ Professional Practice Nurse,
you will support PHC staff in applying quality improvement processes and clinical standards using established systems and help develop activities aligned with best practice and the NT Aboriginal Health Forum Endorsed CQI Model.
You'll assist in managing resources, including clinical equipment procurement,
and contribute to guideline development, policy interpretation, and change management to improve service delivery.
You'll also travel to remote areas by road, light plane to stay for up to a week as required.
The Barkly region is known for its beautiful desert landscapes, whilst in Tennant Creek take the chance of swimming, canoeing or kayaking on Lake Maryanne or just relax and enjoy the scenic landscape. Remote travel is required to fulfil the requirements of the position.
