What this job involves:
Manage client relationships and service delivery
Ensure property compliance with regulations and safety standards
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs
Manage third-party supplier relationships and contractor performance
Assist in budget management and cost optimization
Contribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG objectives
Requirements:




7-10 years property management experience or 5+ years in related field FM or technical qualifications preferred (BIFM, RICS, or equivalent)
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, CAFM systems, and data analysis
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across assignments
Experience managing critical environments (data centers, healthcare, etc.)

Proven track record in implementing FM best practices
Ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple sites
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving capabilities
