Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants
across Greater Sydney.
These opportunities are suited to experienced residential sales professionals who enjoy managing their own pipeline, building long‐term customer relationships and guiding buyers through the purchase of a new home.
Multiple positions are available across Sydney, with location options considered based on candidate experience and preference.
Residential Sales Consultants | Multiple Greater Sydney Locations
The opportunity
You will manage the complete residential sales process from initial enquiry through to contract.
Working with marketing‐generated leads, walk‐in customers, referrals and self‐generated opportunities, you will identify each buyer's requirements and guide them towards a suitable new‐home solution.
This is a consultative sales position requiring strong follow‐up, commercial discipline and the ability to provide customers with a professional and informative purchasing experience.
Key responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to contract
Conduct appointments, presentations and display home tours
Understand each buyer's lifestyle, budget and home requirements
Present suitable home designs, land options, inclusions and upgrades
Explain the current‐home purchasing and contract process
Proactively follow up new, existing and dormant enquiries
Build referral relationships and generate additional opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
Monitor available stock, pricing and competitor activity
Work closely with internal sales, marketing, administration and construction teams




Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
Achieve individual sales, activity and conversion targets
About you
We are interested in speaking with candidates from backgrounds including:
New home sales
Display home sales
House and land sales
Land or residential community sales
Residential project sales
Property development sales
Premium residential real estate
You will ideally bring:
Demonstrated success in residential property sales
Experience managing a sales process from enquiry through to contract
Strong lead follow‐up and pipeline management skills
A professional and consultative communication style
Confidence presenting high‐value residential products
The ability to work independently and manage your own activity
Strong organisation and CRM discipline
A current NSW Assistant Agent Licence or Real Estate Licence
A current Australian driver's licence
Availability to work weekends as required
Experience selling new homes, house and land packages or residential developments will be highly regarded.
