We're looking for an experienced
Sales Manager – Corporate Partnerships
to lead our
Advertising Sales Team
while driving the growth of our corporate partnership opportunities.
This is a full time hands‐on leadership role where you'll manage your own portfolio of advertising clients, lead a small sales team and help grow our broader corporate offerings, including bulk movie passes, corporate cinema hire and corporate events.
About the Role
No two days are the same.
One day you might be presenting an advertising campaign to a new client, the next you're meeting with long-term partners, attending a networking event, programming weekly screen advertising or working with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
You'll play a key role in growing Regent Cinemas' screen advertising and corporate partnerships while helping local businesses connect with thousands of cinema guests every week.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the Advertising Sales Team to achieve shared revenue targets.
Drive the growth of Regent Cinemas' screen advertising business.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local businesses and community organisations.
Manage an established portfolio of advertising clients.
Identify opportunities to grow corporate partnerships through bulk movie pass sales, corporate cinema hire and corporate events.




Prepare advertising proposals and tailored partnership solutions.
Coordinate advertising campaigns from booking through to delivery.
Program weekly on-screen advertising schedules.
Attend networking events and represent Regent Cinemas within the local business community.
Work closely with the General Manager to develop sales strategies across advertising and corporate partnerships.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys meeting people, developing long‐term relationships and achieving results.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
Experience leading or coordinating a small sales team is highly regarded.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Robust organisational and time management skills.
A proactive, self‐motivated approach to business development.
The ability to build trust and long‐term client relationships.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping local businesses succeed.
Experience in advertising, & media, will be highly regarded, as will existing connections within the local business community.
