The Opportunity:
We are looking for a
motivated and physically capable Salesperson and Warehouse ALL-ROUNDER
to join us full-time for an immediate start. If you are a natural relationship-builder who loves helping people and then taking a hands-on approach in the warehouse to manage stock and assist with logistics and service calls, this is it.

What you'll be doing:
Customer Delight:
Providing a premium, personalised experience from the moment a customer walks in to the moment their goods are delivered.
Store Pride:
Keeping the showroom looking immaculate, merchandising new stock, and assisting with occasional furniture assembly for displays.
End-to-End Ownership:
Following up on orders, coordinating with suppliers for ETAs,



and ensuring smooth customer deliveries.
ForkLift operating:
Current Forklift license and experience an advantage but we can arrange the successful applicant to get accredited.
Unload Containers –
Assist our Warehouse Manager unload furniture and put away.
Maintain Warehouse –
Assist keeping our warehouse in a clean, safe and highly organised warehouse setting.
Pick/Pack
– help picking stock to load for customer orders
Service calls
– occasional service calls to customers houses
About You:
You don't necessarily need a background in bedding (though 1+ years of bedding/furniture retail is a massive bonus!). If you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in another industry, we want to hear from you.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
A competitive drive to meet and exceed individual and team revenue KPIs.
A warm, friendly, and high-energy personality that instantly puts customers at ease.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
(this is retail, and it's when our customers shop!).
Physical fitness to safely move stock around the showroom and help assemble display furniture.
Reliable transport and clean driver's license essential.
Sharp attention to detail for managing orders and payment processes.
