About the role




As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for growing your own business while delivering an exceptional experience to buyers and vendors throughout the entire sales journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting daily through database follow-up, cold calling and door knocking
Generating appraisal opportunities
Conducting listing presentations
Managing sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
Negotiating offers and achieving outstanding results for clients
Building long-term relationships within the local community
Maintaining compliant sales files and accurate CRM records
Developing your personal brand while representing Reliance professionally

Passionate about helping people achieve their property goals
Confident building relationships and generating new business
Professional, positive and highly organised
Willing to prospect consistently every day

Essential requirements
Victorian Estate Agent Representative Registration (or equivalent under current Victorian legislation)
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous residential real estate sales experience is highly regarded, however motivated candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
