Queen Elizabeth Centre in Preston is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead a small multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality home-based care for infants, children and families. The role is part time from our Preston office (4 days a week, Monday - Thursday, 12 months fixed term) and focuses on safe, evidence-informed care in the family home.
The Coordinator will collaborate with Community Early Parenting Practitioners, Case Workers and Clinical Coordinators to support vulnerable families,
