Lead Educator
to guide and inspire within our growing centre. For more than three decades, Canopy Early Education® (formally API Childcare Centres) has continually adapted and expanded our childcare centres to respond to the evolving needs of families.
Our centre provides care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years, including a government-approved Kindergarten program. At

About the Role
As a
Lead Educator
, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs and mentoring fellow educators. You will lead your room with confidence, ensuring a secure, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this leadership role, you will have:
Diploma (or working towards) in Early Childhood Education (or higher qualification)
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
National Child Safety Training
Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Solid experience implementing EYLF and documenting children's learning
Proven ability to lead a room and support/mentor team members
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional, proactive, and collaborative approach
A genuine passion for high-quality education and care
