The Senior Project Manager - Consumer Data Right (CDR), reporting to the Head of Program Delivery, is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Consumer Data Right regulatory program. The role leads planning, execution, governance, and delivery across data, technology, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance and customer-focused outcomes.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and executive visibility, and is expected to provide decisive, expert leadership in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Consumer Data Right (CDR) program from initiation through to regulatory readiness and go-live.
Own and maintain the CDR Program Plan across all workstreams — regulatory compliance, technical delivery, consent management, data governance, CDR Platform Vendor
Develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, budgets, and RAID logs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal,
and vendors.
Translate CDR regulatory requirements into explicit delivery milestones.
Manage dependencies across data governance, security, consent, and API delivery.
Provide executive-ready reporting and actively manage delivery and regulatory risks.
Support accreditation, testing, go-live, and operational readiness.
Experience
Extensive project management experience in large-scale regulatory or compliance transformation programs
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite, regulators (ACCC, OAIC), and technical teams simultaneously
Regulatory or compliance-driven program delivery experience in financial services.
Consumer Data Right (CDR) delivery experience is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder, risk, and delivery management capability.
