Requirements
A PhD in a relevant field related to artificial intelligence or a closely associated discipline.
Significant experience in teaching at the university level,
particularly in artificial intelligence.
A strong record of research output in Neurosymbolic AI or related areas.
Nice to have
Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration across technology and cognitive science.
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI research.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of symbolic reasoning and cognitive modeling techniques.
Practical notes
Salary for Lecturer (Level B) ranges from AUD $127,947 to $150,830 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
Salary for Senior Lecturer (Level C) ranges from AUD $155,403 to $178,290 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
