What you'll do
Design and enhance user experiences across various digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in experience design or a related field.




Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final outcomes.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience in the energy sector or related industries.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Skills & tools
User experience design
Prototyping and wireframing
User research and testing
Collaboration tools like Slack and Jira
