Lead Educator
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact on the learning and development of young children within our expanding centre.
For more than three decades, Canopy Early Education® (formally API Childcare Centres) has continually adapted and enhanced our childcare centres to respond to the evolving needs of families.
Our centre provides care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years, including a government-approved Kindergarten program.At

About the Role
As a
Lead Educator
, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs and mentoring fellow educators. You will lead your room with confidence, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

What We're Looking For
Diploma (or working towards) in Early Childhood Education (or higher qualification)
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
National Child Safety Training
Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Strong experience implementing EYLF and documenting children's learning
Proven ability to lead a room and support/mentor team members
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional, proactive, and collaborative approach
A genuine passion for high-quality education and care
