Who we're looking for
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting one of our largest and most valued customers. This dynamic and rewarding position offers ample opportunities for professional growth and development, while also allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the business.
Located in Truganina, we are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage key administrative tasks and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily warehouse administrative operations to support efficient workflow.
Process and maintain accurate inventory, freight, and stock records.
Prepare and manage delivery documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and consignment notes.
Liaise with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and stock movements.
Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound freight movements.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
General administrative tasks for processes and systems.
Skills and Experience
Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Sound computer and system skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
