Brownhill Creek Tourist Park is looking for a reliable and motivated Groundsman to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role operates on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet operational needs.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and general upkeep of our grounds and facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and maintain high standards.
Essential Requirements
Experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude.




Valuable physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
Current driver's licence (preferred).
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
Mowing lawns and whipper snipping.
Cleaning BBQ areas and maintaining outdoor grounds.
Cleaning cabins and assisting housekeeping staff as required.
Pool testing, cleaning, and general pool care.
Gutter cleaning.
Unblocking drains.
General maintenance and upkeep of the property.
Other duties as required to support the team.
