About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our Loganholme Clinic on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic. This is a varied position that combines front-of-house administration with occupational health screening, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Previous experience in medical administration, healthcare, reception or occupational health will be highly regarded, but is not essential as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service
Managing reception and general administrative duties
Processing medical bookings and appointments
Managing medical results and documentation
Administering health questionnaires
Conducting preliminary medical assessments
Collecting specimens, including supervising Drug and Alcohol Testing
Performing audiometry and spirometry testing
Preparing invoices and supporting general clinic operations
