Navigator Group is looking for a Team Leader to guide our team of tele-health counsellors, supporting injured workers on their journey back to health and work.

The role:
As Team Leader – Navigator Support, you'll lead and support a team of telehealth clinicians to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. You'll coach, mentor and develop your team, monitor service delivery and performance, champion continuous improvement, and work collaboratively across the business to ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients and customers.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll provide evidence-based counselling and coaching to injured workers, helping them overcome barriers to recovery and return to work.
Duties:
Support your team to manage caseloads efficiently and in line with program protocol
Monitor service delivery against SLAs and customer expectations
Coach individuals to hit performance goals and run formal performance reviews
Onboard recent team members and support their learning and development
Spot and elevate service, people or operational risks early
Champion continuous improvement and run team debrief sessions
Be a genuine advocate for Navigator's values and culture
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree level in Allied health background, (counselling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation)
Proven experience in counselling (CBT, trauma, SFBT)
Must have membership with Australian Counselling Association Level 3 or higher, Member of PACFA, registered with Australian Psychological Society or registered Mental Health Social Worker
Excellent telephone manner, proven active listening skills, rapport building
Proven experience leading teams and providing counselling post-qualification
Strong digital literacy, admin and time management skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.)
Lifeline, Beyond Blue, Health Direct experience an advantage ( Desirable
Knowledge of the compensable injury industry( Desirable)
