About Heeling Podiatry
Heeling Podiatry is a growing, clinician-led podiatry practice committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality foot care to clients in residential aged care facilities and their own homes.
As demand for our services increases, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Podiatrist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you'll have autonomy in your role, access to mentoring, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing.

About the Role
You'll manage a varied caseload across residential aged care facilities and home visits, delivering high-quality podiatry services within the community.
With an established referral network, you'll begin with an existing caseload—no need to source your own clients. You'll organise your schedule independently, while our administration team handles referrals and bookings so you can focus on patient care.
What We Offer
Competitive salary package of $90,000 – $120,000 + Super (dependent on experience)




Permanent part-time or full-time opportunities (minimum 3 days per week)
Opportunity to see approximately 8–10 patients per day (depending on your preferred workload)
All clinical equipment, consumables and uniforms provided
Full administrative coordination, including scheduling and client management
Direct mentoring from the Principal Podiatrist
A collaborative, clinician-led workplace

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor or Master's degree in Podiatry
Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility for registration)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to work independently while managing a mobile caseload
A passion for community healthcare and delivering exceptional patient outcomes
A commitment to building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
