Our Motor Vehicle Accidents team is growing, and we are now seeking a 1st - 5th Year Lawyer to join our Epping team. This is a full time, permanent role.You will be working with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally which will see you managing your own files. We are also open to discussions regarding flexible work.
Our Motor Vehicle Accidents team support clients that have been injured in Vehicle accident and are needing support on their legal journey.
In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks. Your responsibilities will include:
Instrumental in managing a practice
Continually exploring current opportunities for your practice and developing new business
Maintaining strong client relationships
Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management




Ability to exercise judgement andresolve problems expeditiously

A keen interest in personal injury law and exposure to a plaintiff personal injury practice (highly desirable)

Available to work 38 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
